Applicant’s Requirements

1.	Any domestic business incorporated in Taiwan ROC,registered under the company law, aiming at outcomes of technological R&D, their applications and services as its business lines, and also meeting. The Small Business Verification Standards or The Credit Guaranty Fund Standards, is considered ideal candidate.
2.	Any business or person holding original or creative idea in product or marketing, is also encouraged to file an application for admission for further counseling.

Documents Required for Application

A prospective member, either a business or person, is required to present the documents specified below along with the application form:
1.	A photo copy of Company License or Business Registration Certificate.
2.	A photo copy of business permit.
3.	Application for Admission of Small Business to the Innovation Incubating Center.
4.	A Proposal of Small Business Operations Plan.
5.	Consent for Assessment

Application Review Process Floe

The technical assessment procedure will begin 15 days from the receipt and of the application and an assessment meeting will be called within 15 days from the same. Thus the entire course of the assessment takes a period than 4 weeks. Major assessment items are listed below:
1.	Admission Qualification
2.	Practicability and Economical Benefits of Plan of Operations (Out-sourced Experts’ comments)
3.	Creativity and Economical Benefits
4.	Team Members’ Ambition in operations, Time Devoted and Chances to Success.
5.	Estimation if Financial Strength in coming 2 or 3 years.
6.	Overall assessment on the specific requirements of an application.
